Sticks and bones
The pate de verre process allows me to create objects that are both delicate and highly detailed. I make the objects in each piece individually, then gradually "grow" the piece over several firings, adding more objects with each firing. Many small molds are used to maintain the shapes and structure of the piece as each layer is fired.
